POSITION DETAILS

Salary Range: $75K-90K  (20% Bonus)

BEST INDUSTRY: Retail

Best Department:  Human Resources 

5-10  years experience

RELOCATION Available

Up to 50% Travel

Reports to:  Director of HR

 

You must be a Human Resource professional experienced in talent management processes.  You will be a strategic partner for the Division management team. Your  experience should include partnering with all levels of the organization, developing succession plans, and leading the implementation of talent management processes in a field environment.

This position is field based and can reside anywhere within the division, which covers the states of MO, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN and southern IA and IL..

 

Your Must Posses the following Qualifications
• Knowledge of overall Human Resource functions to include recruiting, employee relations, training and development.
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal law
• Ability to mediate between employees during conflict resolution
• Ability to achieve measurable results through collaboration and influence
• Exceptional planning, coordination, project management and implementation skills
• Advanced ability to communicate with employees at all levels (both verbal and written communication skills)
• Strong presentation skills

 

Work Experience and/or Education
• Minimum 5 years experience: 5-7 years in Human Resources Function, with a concentration on Employee Relations and Succession/Talent Management is required, preferably in the retail industry.
• Bachelor's degree is required. Degree in Human Resources is preferred.
• Proven track record in building partnerships with internal and external business partners
• PHR or SPHR preferred.
